Faith

Hi everyone! I feel like its been so long since I've written up on my little abandon blog. Life here is good cant complain. Thanks To Jehovah getting through it. Been busy with service, meetings, work (at starbucks yummy) hehe and still school. But all well excited this week is the C.O  visit yay!!  Anyways So why the title faith you ask? The other day in service public witnessing. I was speaking with a man. Very kind by the way. He started telling me about his life how he really feels depressed how he feels like this world really has no hope. As we spoke I showed him  in the bible the future Jehovah is going to bring to us. He looked at the bible stunned. As if he finally saw a little ray of hope. He looked at me and said wow your faith is amazing! You have faith in something that might not even happen.  But you believe it. Its amazing to know there still people out there with TRUE faith. We talked about faith for a minutes about what it really is. That a faith without doing i

courage

I view courage As more than fearlessness. It is something deeper than a surface leveled bravado. I see courage as overcoming of fear, putting trust in Jehovah, and following his leads. That is to me what true courage is.  SOMETIMES BEING AFRIAD OF THE UNKNOWN

The crew getting ready to listen to encouraging words. The brother then started explaining what the paper in the back was. He read galatas 5:24,25 and how each of us as imperfect humans need to work on something. Well today we where going to sign what quality we where gonna work on. Cristal choosing her quality she would have present in her mind and heart and would try to apply.  bunny outfits, or ommpa lompa outfits  con nuestra mama she adopted us and has been keeping us in her house.   My favorite picture out all of them  we sang our labor of love to say goodbye to the dinning room

Just say YES!!

In the last post I had mentioned about a branch project that started a few weeks ago and would be ending in feburary. I was really thinking about leaving my part time job To come for the project more often. I live 1.30 or 2.00 hours away and well gas isnt cheap right now and traffic is insane. A sister so kindly offered her home so i can stay to sleep and that way I wouldnt be going back and forth. I asked myself what will I do with no encome coming in? Is this what Jehovah wants from me? How do i know if this is the right the decision? I had so many questions running through my mind but there was only one answer. After a long prayer to Jehovah I talked to my parents, the sister and then my manager about taking some weeks off but she didnt seem to like the idea. So then i turned in my notice for work. I left my job and here I am in riverside staying 15 minutes away from the Project. I had mixed feelings mixed emotions. I honestly didnt know what to do what Jehovah wanted from me.

Future blessings

So many times we want every thing right away. When we are hungry we Usually recure to the most fast way of getting food and we end up with JUNK FOOD. Our like here in the states life is so fast paced we are used to getting things fast. But Sometimes that's how we might start feeling when it comes to Jehovah blessing us. After a trial after hardships we might expect Jehovah to blesses right away and if he doesn't we might ask ourselves but why? What did I do wrong? But it's really all about patience. Jehovah knows when he will when we would need the blessing the most. I remember an experience from a close friend. He was going on his 5th year of being a ministerial servant and he started thinking Jehovah is going to bless me twice as more this year then he had already. But then his mom got an a near death accident he lost his Job he lost his opportunity of working again for the company. But he didn't lose his faith. He got discourage for a moment and I remember him sayi

Hi everyone! its been a while since I wrote here. But everything has been great thanks to Jehovah. Just so busy trying to get adjusted into my new school (it's a great schedule once a week for 1 hour). But for now an overview with pictures Circuit Assembly...  This is the assembly hall we worked on some months ago.. the painting project ended up pretty good!!  here are  some of the before's .   my sister with some studies.. she so excited because the parents accepted to go to the Circuit assembly. The parents don't go against the truth but they don't accept it either. One comment that the father made really made me rejoice he mentioned Jehovah's name in a conversation and said "it'

Midnight witnessing/Farewell to a friend

Wednesday nights have become the night when we join the English Hall for midnight witnessing. Brothers and sisters from different congregations (Spanish, Hindi, Arabic, sign language, English  Tagalog etc.) we all meet up at a local hall at 10 pm for the service meeting.Your probably wondering how midnight witnessing is done? or even where? if it's door to door? or in the bus stops? or even who is awake at 12 in the morning??  Well first of all in the service meeting the brother usually asks how many drive. Depending on how many we get divided into groups (never an exact amount in a group is just more like fill up the car) after that we go to the local coffee shops, 7-elevens, Gas stations, and any stores that are open at that time. You'll be amazed how many people are up and going at that time.I have gone for 3 Wednesday's continually and In all the 3 night's I have found very good calls. They listen Very well especially the employees at gas stations because there cur
