RBC
I'm so grateful for the great Privilege Jehovah put in-front of us today. We got invited to a RBC project in Miraloma for 2 weeks. Today was suppose to be our First day We arrived at the time indicated but no one had shown up. We waited patiently for about an hour then 2 brothers showed up! We where so happy to see we weren't the only ones there. But as we realized they where as confused as us. Well we then decided to Call brother Glen Nichols (the brother in charge of regional 5) he then told us it had been canceled but for some reason it didn't get to us. He sincerely apologized and told us tomorrow the painting crew is going to be there so to go.
So then standing outside Miraloma parking lot a Brother who is a caregiver of Miraloma Assembly Hall comes up to us and asks us what where doing and we explain to him. Then his wife and him invited us to help the cleaning crew do "Spring Cleaning" in the assembly hall. We had the privileged of cleaning the rooms where the District overseers, Circuit overseers, RBC members, Instructors of the ministerial school, and Instructors of the school for married couples stay to sleep. It was a Great experience they taught us how to clean how Bethel cleans. Which by the way is very organized! It really made me appreciate the hard work our circuit overseers/ district overseer etc. do for us the humbleness they show. There rooms where simple. Bed, kitchen, bathroom, sofa, desk and refrigerator. Nothing to exaggerated very simple. and to see that made me see to how we don't need many things to be happy. Only serve and Give our all to Jehovah.
This is part of the Dinning room in Miraloma. Its very Beautiful and spotless clean!! In this picture I'm with some sisters who come once a week to clean and a brother who had come to RBC .
This is where the school for Ministerial servants is held.
The office!!! :O Its a beautiful office by the way.
Me on the sofa from the Stage.
Empty Miraloma it was dark!
The cleaning supplies! many many for all the work to be done.
The cleaning crew. If you can tell there mostly all elderly sisters, the work this sisters do is very admirable they come here every Wednesday to clean. The cleaning done here is not so easy is scrubbing walls and floors and desks. So this sisters are giving it there all and are loyal to coming that day. I meet a sister who had cancer she told me how her husband has been taking care of her since she has been in kimo therapy. But although her sickness she tries to do as much as she can. I was very glad to had meet her how she has stayed faithful to Jehovah although her family opposed to her studying and her sickness it really made my day to have meet that wonderful sister.
one of the rooms we cleaned we had to change everything!!!
